Responsibilities
- Develop, improve and maintain CRM, CLM and Compliance modules for European and APAC clients.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
- Contribute to development-task and sprint planning and estimation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, related teams and clients on product features and live systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong understanding of database systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Avaloq Certification, advanced PL/SQL knowledge and banking-industry knowledge are bonuses.
