Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, scale, and support AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications into enterprise workflows.
- Develop scalable APIs and AI services from prototype through production.
- Operationalize machine learning, NLP, and AI models in collaboration with data scientists.
- Build evaluation, orchestration, and retrieval pipelines and support data preparation, model optimization, and performance improvement.
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, experiment tracking, performance management, drift detection, and observability.
- Promote responsible AI practices including explainability, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with product, engineering, platform, security, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, or software engineering solutions in production environments.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with SQL, Pandas, and NumPy for data processing and analytics.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, Git, and version control.
- Experience developing and deploying AI services using FastAPI, Flask, MLflow, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience integrating foundation model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or Mistral.
- Experience with vector or graph databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Neo4j.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, model deployment, and operationalization.
- Preferred experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; deep learning; transformers; foundation models; NLP; embeddings; RAG; language models; computer vision; prompt engineering; fine-tuning; evaluation; MLOps; model monitoring; governance; deployment; drift detection; and observability.
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms and enterprise-scale AI solutions is preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Trading, Shipping, ETRM, complex industrial environments, or regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills, along with a delivery mindset and willingness to mentor others.
- Completion of a mandatory online assessment is required after application submission.
