Base Salary
$204k - $281k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Faire's company-wide AI strategy in partnership with stakeholders.
- Serve as the technical authority on AI platform administration.
- Build and maintain decision frameworks for AI governance.
- Design and engineer secure experimentation infrastructure.
- Lead AI pilot programs from scoping to rollout and iteration.
- Engineer observability and compliance infrastructure.
- Own the operational mechanics of AI adoption tracking.
- Partner with Learning & Development to build AI training resources.
- Embed with teams to identify AI opportunities and limitations.
- Communicate AI strategy and risk trade-offs to various audiences.
- Stay current with the evolving AI product landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields.
- Experience presenting decision frameworks to senior leadership.
- Ability to operate independently and build stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM platform administration.
- Experience designing scalable internal systems and infrastructure.
- Track record of owning impactful company-wide programs.
- Experience with observability or SIEM tooling.
