Responsibilities

Design and build CNA’s end-to-end AI-native engineering platform, including agentic coding workflows, skills and agent marketplaces, AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and rapid environment provisioning.
Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns, sub-agent frameworks, skill authoring standards, and context engineering practices.
Integrate Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot into the software delivery lifecycle with appropriate governance and security.
Provide technical consultation to engineering leadership, portfolio teams, and architecture on AI-native development, code quality, human-in-the-loop requirements, and AI autonomy.
Lead the technical strategy and implementation of an engineering metrics platform and provide data-driven insights to senior technology stakeholders.
Mentor engineers across the organization on agentic coding, context engineering, prompt-to-code workflows, and AI-assisted testing.
Research and evaluate AI engineering tools, frameworks, infrastructure, and LLM evaluation platforms, including build-versus-buy analyses.
Partner with Architecture, Security, Cloud Engineering, and Data teams to integrate the platform with enterprise infrastructure and compliance controls.
Lead platform engineering initiatives that scale across hundreds of engineers and AI pod teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least 9 years of diverse software engineering experience, including at least 6 years in application development.
At least 2 years of recent experience building or operating AI-augmented development tools, agentic systems, or developer platforms.
Hands-on production experience with LLM-based engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Expertise in AI-native software engineering, agentic coding workflows, prompt and context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and skill or agent authoring.
Experience building and operating CI/CD platforms, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of application security engineering, supply-chain security, artifact management, static and dynamic analysis, secret management, and AI-generated-code risks.
Ability to design developer platforms and tooling for large engineering organizations and influence adoption across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred experience scaling inner-source or platform engineering programs and certifications in cloud platforms, AI/ML, or security.
