Base Salary
$85k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using AWS services.
- Build and deploy APIs with Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and microservices architecture.
- Develop backend services using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
- Integrate APIs with DynamoDB, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Implement authentication and authorization using IAM, Cognito, OAuth, and JWT.
- Implement API security, throttling, logging, tracing, and monitoring.
- Write reusable, testable, efficient, and documented code.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing backend APIs with AWS services.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Knowledge of Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
