Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and secure container platforms and cloud-native solutions.
- Build and improve tools and processes for automated builds, regression testing, monitoring, and release promotion across environments.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and performance issues.
- Lead platform strategy and design while ensuring standards throughout the containerization process.
- Recommend resources and approaches for secure client adoption of container technologies.
- Mentor or supervise employees and guide teams working on cloud platforms and container orchestration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of DevOps experience, or a master's degree and 8+ years of DevOps experience.
- 8+ years of experience developing tools and processes to improve DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automation.
- 8+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions and managing and securing containers.
- Experience mentoring or supervising employees in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure; continuous automation; Kubernetes-based continuous deployment tools; public-cloud tooling; and open-source and commercial tools.
- Preferred knowledge of Python and Linux Shell Script.
