Responsibilities
- Design and build the intelligence layer of FLORA.
- Create systems for multi-modal creative workflows involving text, image, and video.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and design teams.
- Develop agentic features that enhance user interaction with AI.
- Ensure system reliability through evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for system reliability.
- Experience with memory and retrieval systems.
- Strong background in orchestration across models and APIs.
- Comfortable reasoning about multi-modal workflows.
- Ability to work across the stack and collaborate closely with teams.
- Product-minded with a focus on usability and creative control.
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Bonus: experience with creative tools or generative models.
