Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for patient health challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists to create evaluation pipelines and safety metrics.
- Validate hypotheses using offline datasets and A/B tests on real traffic.
- Develop and maintain core capabilities like memory and reasoning orchestration.
- Monitor performance, observability, and security of AI systems.
- Ensure privacy and security are integrated into the design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant Python usage.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of an AI product at scale.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development, including CI/CD.
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business and technical needs.
- Fluency in English for effective communication.
