Base Salary
$295k - $445k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain distributed compute, data orchestration, distributed storage, streaming, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Scale the data platform by orders of magnitude while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
- Partner with researchers to understand requirements and translate them into production-ready systems.
- Harden, optimize, and maintain critical data infrastructure supporting multimodal training and evaluation.
- Ensure infrastructure meets scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience with distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure, with a strong interest in data.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to building and maintaining reliable systems.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and rapid change.
