Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end customer solutions involving architecture, data stores, scaling, load distribution, and failover strategies.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by assessing designs, risks, opportunities, and technology trade-offs.
- Create and reuse solution patterns, architectures, and reference designs.
- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, written guidance, and technical content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, professional services, and support teams on customer opportunities, product gaps, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- Preferred: experience in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred: experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred: experience working with AWS technologies from a development or operations perspective.
