Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for real-time business process support.
- Develop conversational interfaces and context-aware workflows using LLMs.
- Build prompt frameworks and fine-tuned models for enterprise use cases.
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows across various SaaS applications.
- Leverage platforms like Workato and Zapier for automation orchestration.
- Integrate APIs and data services for seamless automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Translate business pain points into measurable AI solutions.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions and maintain high standards for quality.
- Stay current with trends in GenAI and automation tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS business systems and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM APIs.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML adoption and predictive analytics.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience building workflows with platforms like Workato or Zapier.
- Ability to optimize workflows in revenue operations or finance.
- Strong business acumen to translate inefficiencies into automation.
- Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
