Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software programs for client deployments.
- Write and review code, automate software validation, execute test scenarios, resolve defects, and improve system performance.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system installations or modifications.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, release-plan adherence, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, respond to customer requests, and maintain professional customer communications.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to learn new programming languages and improve team support.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in AI/ML (RPA).
- Ability to analyze software requirements, design solutions, develop code, test software, and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to document software solutions and produce accurate project, status, MIS, and reporting materials.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Customer-focused communication skills and the ability to support timely, high-quality delivery.
