Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities.
- Implement and optimize Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics, organizational insights, and leadership reporting.
- Design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Drive adoption, change management, and measurable value realization for digital workplace technologies.
- Integrate data across HR, collaboration, communication, productivity, and employee survey platforms.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for executive leadership teams.
- Partner with HR, Digital Workplace, Corporate Communications, and Technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical direction, advise senior stakeholders, and manage risks and controls related to the work.
Requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics, workforce analytics, or employee experience programs in large global organizations.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights.
- Experience designing and building data and analytics solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience driving adoption, change management, and value realization strategies for digital workplace technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Viva Glint, Pulse, Engage, and Connections is valued.
- Strong understanding of people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
- Experience integrating Workday, Microsoft 365, and employee survey solutions with other HR, collaboration, communication, and productivity data.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and convert complex analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to guide technical direction, lead collaborative assignments, coach less experienced specialists, and advise on strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology capabilities.
