Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities.
- Implement and optimize Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics, organizational insights, and leadership reporting.
- Design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Drive adoption, change management, and value realization strategies for digital workplace technologies with measurable outcomes at scale.
- Collaborate with HR, Digital Workplace, Corporate Communications, and Technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Advise senior stakeholders and executive leadership by translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations.
- Manage risks and strengthen controls while contributing to strategic planning, continuous improvement, and technology direction.
Requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics, workforce analytics, or employee experience programs in large global organizations.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights, including advanced analytics, organizational insights, and leadership reporting.
- Experience designing and building data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience driving adoption, change management, and value realization for digital workplace technologies.
- Knowledge of people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
- Experience integrating HR, collaboration, communication, and productivity data across Workday, Microsoft 365, and employee survey solutions.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for executive leadership teams.
- Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, business acumen, digital and technology expertise, and risk and controls awareness.
