Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions for enterprise business challenges.
- Architect context engineering strategies, including context layering, chaining, compression, pruning, offloading, and memory management.
- Build RAG systems with hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, re-ranking, knowledge graphs, and Graph RAG architectures.
- Develop agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, agent harnesses, governance controls, and execution safeguards.
- Integrate agents with tools and data using MCP and coordinate inter-agent collaboration through A2A.
- Support production deployment, scalability, observability, maintainability, real-time processing, and streaming AI solutions.
- Apply ethical AI, guardrails, agent isolation, sandboxing, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI/software development, including significant generative AI and agentic AI experience.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, and context-window management.
- Advanced prompt and context engineering skills, including dynamic context orchestration.
- Experience with RAG, chunking, hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, knowledge graphs, Graph RAG, and vector databases.
- Experience building agentic systems with Google ADK or comparable frameworks, including tool calling, planning, and memory.
- Understanding of multi-agent orchestration patterns, harness engineering, governance, feedback loops, and agent isolation.
- Hands-on experience with MCP, A2A, agent observability, and evaluation tooling.
- Proficiency with OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude APIs; LangChain and LlamaIndex; Python; NLP; Docker; Kubernetes; and AI application CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure and a demonstrated portfolio of successful business AI projects.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, learning, innovation, and mentoring skills.
