Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architectural solutions for new deals, RFPs, major change requests, and target-state technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and design assurance across solution development, implementation, integration, and delivery.
- Document architecture designs, artefacts, alternatives, tradeoffs, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams through reusable frameworks, automation recommendations, architecture standards, metrics, and technical support.
- Collaborate with clients, executives, sales, consulting, project teams, product owners, and IT groups as a trusted technical advisor.
- Present solution designs during pre-sales, negotiate requirements with clients, and support client engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth and thought leadership.
- Mentor architects, developers, and designers and contribute to interviews and architecture practice development.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, career progression, performance reviews, diversity, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Artificial General Intelligence experience is listed as a mandatory skill.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, technical leadership, client engagement, and delivery enablement.
- Ability to manage architectural risks, evaluate technology and cost structures, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, consulting, project, delivery, and client teams.
- Ability to lead, mentor, hire, and manage architecture team members.
