Responsibilities
- Work with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
- Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and help identify customer requirements.
- Translate functional user stories into technical details and solutions.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
- Develop solution designs and integrations using programming best practices.
- Lead development teams, distribute tasks, and perform code reviews.
- Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
- Serve as the technical lead for enterprise projects with minimal direction.
Requirements
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience building integrations across multiple systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of JSON and related services.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code or deployment automation.
- Preferred experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center solutions, WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, and contact center routing.
- Preferred knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.
