Responsibilities

  • Work with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and help identify customer requirements.
  • Translate functional user stories into technical details and solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
  • Develop solution designs and integrations using programming best practices.
  • Lead development teams, distribute tasks, and perform code reviews.
  • Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
  • Serve as the technical lead for enterprise projects with minimal direction.

Requirements

  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
  • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and APIs.
  • Knowledge of JSON and related services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure as code or deployment automation.
  • Preferred experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center solutions, WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex, and contact center routing.
  • Preferred knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.
