Responsibilities
- Perform functional and non-functional automated testing for embedded wireless products.
- Design and implement Python and Pytest-based automated tests for embedded wireless solutions.
- Automate, monitor, and improve test execution as part of continuous integration.
- Maintain and manage automated test scripts and investigate defects discovered during testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, application engineers, and global QA teams to identify coverage needs and communicate testing results, progress, and defects.
- Use generative AI tools such as Cursor to improve coding efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Software Developer in Test or Software QA Engineer.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with test automation.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies for productivity, analysis, and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with or interest in IoT wireless solutions, communication protocols, embedded systems, and embedded C/C++ development is a plus.
- An ISTQB certificate is a plus.
