Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions for mission-critical defense and national security use cases.
- Conduct statistical analyses and handle data for ML model development.
- Define solution direction and implement AI to support faster mission success.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners.
- Guide clients on ML algorithms, tools, frameworks, and AI strategy.
- Solve client issues and problems.
Requirements
- Experience with AI, data science, or ML engineering, including developing and deploying models.
- Experience programming in Python, C++, Rust, or Java.
- Experience with data handling and model development.
- Knowledge of Python libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of deep learning, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Ability to leverage AI productivity tools for coding, such as Cursor.
- Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience with generative and agentic AI technologies such as LLMs, MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Preferred experience with supervised and unsupervised learning.
