Base Salary
$143k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, model training and fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and machine learning architectures.
- Lead AI initiatives from proof of concept through scalable enterprise production deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, agentic framework, and automation technologies.
- Design LLM/RAG pipelines, agentic workflow orchestration, low-code and no-code abstraction layers, visual workflow nodes, and agent template engines.
- Define AI strategy, roadmaps, technology standards, compliance, monitoring, and integration practices.
- Build functional PoCs and MVPs and coordinate with executive leadership, data science, IT, service tower leaders, vendors, and consultants.
- Develop AI models and integrate AI-driven insights into data architecture and analytics processes.
- Mentor and coach employees and collaborate across global teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering and/or software development.
- At least 5 years of experience with AI hardware and software integration, enterprise architecture, information architecture, databases, and cloud-hosted platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience with AI and machine learning technologies, modern programming and scripting languages, and large language or generative AI models.
- Experience training machine learning models in a cloud computing environment and fundamental knowledge of MLOps.
- Preferred: 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree or higher in data science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, AWS Kiro, or similar enterprise low-code tools.
- Preferred experience delivering business and data analytics solutions in manufacturing, engineering, energy, oil and gas, or operations environments.
- Must satisfy Boeing's Conflict of Interest assessment process and meet U.S. export control requirements as a U.S. Person.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically.
