Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support STIG reviews, ATO processes, compliance monitoring, and security documentation.
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews.
- Develop secure infrastructure configurations using infrastructure as code and automated policy enforcement.
- Manage security monitoring, logging, incident response procedures, and remediation coordination.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide security guidance and estimates for security-related work.
- Create security procedures, training materials, and compliance artifacts for audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience, or eight years of experience.
- DoD Secret clearance or equivalent IAT Level II certification is required.
- Experience with DevSecOps, security automation, secure software development, and enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Scrum, STIGs, NIST frameworks, ATO processes, and federal security compliance requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with cloud security platforms and cloud-native security tools; AWS Security Hub is preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash and PowerShell; JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with vulnerability scanners such as Nessus and OpenVAS, SAST/DAST tools, container security scanning, and security orchestration platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across development, security, compliance, and stakeholder teams.
