Responsibilities
- Translate infrastructure requirements between development and infrastructure teams.
- Initiate necessary infrastructure software updates.
- Support and coach development teams in operating their own software.
- Automate deployment pipelines.
- Help teams establish monitoring, alerting, and related processes.
- Provide infrastructure expertise to development teams.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain shared middleware components.
- Collaborate closely with operational service owners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Practical experience with one or more relevant programming or command languages.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and its native services.
- Strong experience building and deploying infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deep knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Experience with software development methods and system administration in heterogeneous environments.
- Ability to translate infrastructure terminology for development and infrastructure teams.
