Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration, deployment, release, configuration, and monitoring pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, including user access workflows and permissions.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting integrations between application releases, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve tickets within defined turnaround times, follow escalation processes, and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory DevOps and Terraform skills.
