Responsibilities
- Define and maintain platform vision and strategy aligned with enterprise IT and business objectives.
- Establish platform health metrics and remediation strategies for technical debt, platform hygiene, upgrade readiness, scalability, and maintainability.
- Define reusable architecture patterns, standards, and reference architectures.
- Provide architectural guidance aligned with platform standards and leading practices.
- Partner with customer executives and enterprise architects to support business outcomes, adoption, and value realization.
- Shape governance frameworks for instance strategy, integrations, and data models.
- Facilitate platform governance forums across customers, partners, and ServiceNow teams.
- Anticipate and mitigate scalability, performance, and technical-debt risks.
- Influence adoption of leading practices across delivery teams.
- Provide structured feedback to ServiceNow product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or analysis.
- Proven experience engaging executives to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
- Track record defining multi-workflow, enterprise-scale architectures and governance models.
- Ability to operate as a program-level architect and guide multiple teams and partners toward a unified vision.
- Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect and other architecture or governance framework certifications are highly desirable.
