Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship production features across the platform stack.
- Own complete features from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Build scalable REST APIs and microservices for compliance checks.
- Develop case management workflows for KYB/AML compliance processes.
- Create data pipelines for compliance data ingestion and transformation.
- Integrate with third-party identity and compliance APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Debug production issues and own incident resolution.
- Optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decision-making.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals in a modern backend language.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
