Base Salary
$100k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems for industrial analytics and decision-support workflows.
- Develop and maintain full-stack cloud and on-premises analytical solutions across their design, development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization lifecycles.
- Use generative AI tools and agentic coding assistants to streamline software development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and test suites with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Create technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Build CI/CD deployment pipelines and integrate automated security and quality scanning, IAM, and credential rotation.
- Participate in problem management, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to maintain system availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, information technology, or a technology-related field.
- At least 4 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with a modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- At least 3 years of experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python and/or Java.
- Exposure to or hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vertex AI, or integrating open-source models into applications.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Preferred experience includes LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, embedding techniques, cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and Agile tools such as Jira or Rally.
- Preferred knowledge includes XP, Clean Code, TDD, Pair/Mob programming, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
