Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from idea and prototype through production.
- Build and evolve the platform with NestJS and React, shipping updates frequently.
- Engage directly with customers through support, feedback sessions, and user testing.
- Prioritize features, form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate using real-world feedback and metrics.
- Contribute to product and opportunity prioritization for the Voice AI product.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on fullstack engineering experience delivering end-to-end SaaS features.
- Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is strongly preferred.
- Substantial experience across both backend and frontend engineering.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English for team and product communication.
- Experience with product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort with direct customer interaction, including support, feedback collection, and user testing.
- A pragmatic, high-ownership approach and ability to work in a high-velocity startup environment.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI into production applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with GDPR or EU AI Act considerations for AI services is preferred.
