Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and support SAP production planning solutions for discrete manufacturing environments.
- Integrate SAP modules to optimize production workflows and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP production planning systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team collaboration, and make decisions for the team.
- Lead process improvement efforts, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning and Control for Discrete Industries.
- Proficiency in SAP PP, SAP Quality Management (QM), and SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePPDS).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience integrating SAP modules and analyzing complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting technical issues within SAP production planning systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
