Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, hardware adaptation, and interface improvements.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, and project-status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders on delivery and progress.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and gather feedback.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, reporting, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to create test cases, automate validation processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Strong client communication, customer-service, coordination, and status-reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software best practices, and complete relevant certifications.
