Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack Generative AI applications with frontend and backend components.
- Translate business requirements from domain experts and cross-functional teams into technical requirements.
- Develop prototypes, assess technology readiness, and transition viable solutions into production.
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate with engineers, architects, and development teams.
- Research and share industry trends and technologies supporting innovation and business transformation.
- Ensure applicable company policies and procedures are followed for managed AI solutions.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least three years of full-stack application development experience, including delivery of production applications.
- At least two years of industry experience developing, deploying, and supporting GenAI applications in production.
- At least three years of experience working with agile teams.
- Proficiency in Python and GenAI development frameworks such as FastAPI, LangChain, and Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI, multi-agent system design, RAG architecture, embeddings, prompt engineering, MCP, LLMOps, and GenAI output evaluation.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, vector databases, relational databases, and production application development.
- Experience with tools including Harness, GitHub, JFrog, Jira, Datadog, pytest, and Playwright.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure cloud-native services, and AI-assisted software development using coding agents is preferred.
- Experience with Databricks, investment banking or asset management, component-based architecture, state management, UX design principles, and Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
