Responsibilities
- Partner with business counterparts to identify, scope, and solve operational bottlenecks.
- Gather requirements, secure data access, and build trust with internal teams.
- Prototype and ship production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and internal agents.
- Use n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, or custom Python to select the right implementation approach.
- Own built tools through production, including evaluations, error handling, and observability.
- Run workshops and training sessions for non-technical teams.
- Define metrics, track impact, and communicate what changed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a role where shipped tools were used by others.
- Portfolio of built projects, such as GitHub repositories, writeups, public demos, Loom walkthroughs, or live URLs.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly with LLMs and coordinate multiple coding agents.
- Understanding of frontier-model capabilities and how to match model intelligence to task complexity.
- Production experience beyond demos, including evaluations, error handling, and observability.
- Process-driven approach with documentation, standard operating procedures, and checklists.
- Ability to translate technical work into business-relevant terms.
- Preferred experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Basic Docker or containerization experience.
- Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts is beneficial.
- Submit a 5–10 minute video introduction demonstrating an AI project, shared through an accessible Google Drive link in MP4, WMV, or MOV format.
