Responsibilities
- Understand customer business scenarios and rapidly build, validate, and productionize AI application prototypes and Agent systems.
- Design AI and cloud-based architectures and implement solutions within customer environments using AI-assisted development.
- Integrate solutions with customer application APIs and data systems while complying with security requirements.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for Agent-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify reusable application patterns and technical challenges and translate them into product feature requests.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to deploy AI applications and achieve stability, adoption, and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- More than 3 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Vibe Coding and substantial real-world application of it.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications using Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent development.
- Experience designing and developing cloud-based architectures, including cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and highly available and scalable systems.
- Preferred experience developing complex Agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or cloud-provider Agent development SDKs.
- Preferred experience delivering AI solutions in industries such as education, healthcare, automotive, financial services, or telecommunications.
