Responsibilities
- Own the full software development lifecycle from feature inception through production monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and/or Swift.
- Contribute to backend systems supporting Banking and Repayments, including account operations, transaction lifecycles, balance management, integrations, savings, and repayment rails.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA from feature shaping through delivery.
- Write unit and integration tests and maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across the team.
- Bridge technical decisions with business goals while working cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Firm requirement for mobile development experience with Flutter and Dart, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Solid unit and integration testing practice.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as CodeMagic or similar.
- Comfort working in Agile environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and with ownership through completion.
