Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Custom Experience Cloud solutions for client business needs.
- Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs, RESTful services, and middleware platforms.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Configure Salesforce data models and workflow automation to support process improvement and data flow.
- Troubleshoot application defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks across connected systems.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather functional requirements and refine technical delivery plans.
- Review code, deployment packages, and configuration changes for technical consistency.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Salesforce development and delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- Knowledge and experience in Consumer Goods Cloud preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce development required.
- One or more relevant Salesforce certifications is expected, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
- Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components for client solutions preferred.
- Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud customization experience preferred.
- Ability to translate integration analysis into actionable technical deliverables and mentor junior team members.
