Responsibilities
- Define project lifecycles, align Verizon and 3PL requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert for end-to-end processes and SAP architecture.
- Develop and execute FUT, UAT, regression, negative, and production-validation testing, including test scripts, data creation, and Early Release validations.
- Lead defect management, failed-test resolution, root-cause-analysis workshops, ALM/JIRA compliance, and quality metrics.
- Direct daily and nightly test execution across onshore, offshore, and 3PL teams while escalating risks and delays.
- Create organizational change-management strategies, end-user documentation, production-support training, release documentation, metrics, and status updates.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support stakeholder alignment and project-blocker resolution.
Requirements
- Experience with software testing across development cycles, including FUT, UAT, regression, and production validation.
- Experience with end-to-end business processes, SAP IT architecture, and full-lifecycle defect management.
- Experience coordinating with 3PL partners, onshore/offshore teams, and cross-functional business units.
- Experience acting as a TPM liaison, analyzing project metrics, and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with organizational change-management principles and developing end-user training and support materials.
- Applicants must already hold a valid right to work in Ireland.
- Preferred qualifications include ISTQB, CSTE, SAP Certified Application Associate, or SAP S/4HANA credentials; familiarity with Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, or Selenium; and PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for defect-management calls, workshops, and technical documentation.
