Responsibilities
- Architect and build a multi-cloud infrastructure platform supporting AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise deployments.
- Design and implement secure, resilient deployment frameworks for automated installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure pipelines using Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and cloud-native services.
- Build tools and frameworks for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and upgrades at scale.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environments to improve release processes and developer experience.
- Write Python, Go, or Shell automation and infrastructure-management code.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve observability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to improve deployment speed, operational efficiency, and platform stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps Engineering, including strong multi-cloud exposure.
- Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, performance, analytical problem-solving, and distributed systems.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and infrastructure automation frameworks such as Ansible, ArgoCD, or Flux is preferred.
- Experience with service mesh and networking technologies such as Istio or Envoy is preferred.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Signoz, or PagerDuty is preferred.
- Experience designing installers and deployment managers for SaaS and air-gapped on-premise environments is preferred.
- Prior ML Ops or data infrastructure experience and exposure to private clouds or secure enterprise installations are preferred.
- Proficiency in Python or Go is preferred.
