Responsibilities
- Partner with product, infra, and engineering teams to architect Ema’s infrastructure platform.
- Design and implement scalable and secure deployment frameworks for SaaS and on-prem environments.
- Develop and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure pipelines using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Build tools to automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and upgrades of Ema environments.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the release process.
- Contribute code and automation scripts to enhance infrastructure management.
- Ensure observability and security across distributed systems.
- Collaborate to evolve Ema’s infrastructure architecture for improved stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure, Platform, or DevOps Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalability and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
