Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the OT Capture product and related microservices.
  • Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and deployment with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration-management tools.
  • Support and enhance multi-tier Capture platforms, including Core Capture, Pixtools, and integration components.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain high availability, performance, and rapid incident response.
  • Manage backup, archival, and disaster recovery processes for content repositories and metadata databases.
  • Containerize Capture components and manage deployments on Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar orchestration platforms.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline release cycles and deliver Capture features and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot ingestion pipelines, performance issues, Capture flow execution, API integrations, and other distributed-system problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades for Capture platforms and supporting infrastructure.
  • Contribute to cloud migration and scalable Capture architecture efforts using AWS, Azure, or GCP services.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration-management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level Capture platforms such as OpenText, Tungsten, or Abby.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar containerization and orchestration platforms.
  • Understanding of Linux administration, networking principles, and secure infrastructure design.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, and CloudWatch.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of version control, branching strategies, and DevOps best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
