Responsibilities
- Run application onboarding workshops with delivery squads to discover scope, prioritize work, and schedule onboarding.
- Configure Flowsource catalog YAML, including application entities, ownership, dependencies, lifecycle, and tags.
- Integrate Git repositories, story trackers, test management, and ITSM systems with the Flowsource Catalog and dashboards.
- Resolve onboarding issues involving malformed repositories, missing CODEOWNERS, broken webhooks, repository permissions, and stale ITSM mappings.
- Train delivery teams to create components using self-service golden path templates.
- Track and report onboarding health metrics, including catalog activity, DORA telemetry, and self-service adoption.
- Provide recurring onboarding blocker feedback to Platform Engineering for template and scaffolder improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application development or DevOps experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, Azure Repos, AWS CodeCommit, and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure Boards configuration and ServiceNow integration basics.
- Comfort working with YAML, JSON, and basic scripting.
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.
