Base Salary
$76k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain QA and test environments by troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing root causes, supporting uptime, and preserving production-like stability.
- Configure test environments, set up test data, and provision test accounts.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, API, automated, performance, and stress tests for Java and .NET Core B2B IAM systems.
- Author test plans, test cases, test scripts, and automated tests aligned with business requirements and product features.
- Contribute to Selenium and Postman/Newman automation frameworks with guidance from senior team members.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD test pipelines using Jenkins.
- Analyze performance-test results and identify potential bottlenecks using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders through Scrum ceremonies and demonstrations.
- Provide feedback on development code and test designs and conduct post-deployment testing to prevent regressions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred 1–2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience or familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging coding practices.
- Experience with relational databases and basic SQL queries.
- Experience with REST API testing and automation, including tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience building and executing automated tests for Java or .NET Core applications and REST-based services.
- Experience with OpenAPI, Selenium using Java, or comparable testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Zephyr or similar test management tools, Eclipse or other IDEs, GitHub or Bitbucket, Sonar, FindBugs, Checkmarx, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, and Wiki tools.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve issues with developers, understand secure software development practices, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
