Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality scalable software solutions.
- Own complex features from design through deployment and resolve defects while maintaining quality and performance.
- Build reusable and maintainable code for long-term product growth.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Support teams, UX designers, and developers.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Support continuous integration, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrate completed features to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Mentor junior engineers and help improve overall engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java SE, Spring Framework, Spring MVC or Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Experience with Git, source control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous integration practices.
- Experience working in Agile software development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to contribute across analysis, development, testing, and documentation.
- Preferred experience with NgRx or other Redux-style state management frameworks, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred knowledge of web security, authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Preferred experience optimizing application performance and scalability and providing mentoring or technical leadership.
