Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Angular.
- Own features across the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Develop both backend and frontend solutions across the full technology stack.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed international technology teams.
- Improve development standards, engineering practices, and delivery processes.
- Apply TDD principles and promote scalable, stable, and maintainable solutions.
- Support modernization and enhancement of strategic global business platforms.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Java software development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Cucumber, or JBehave.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams.
- Financial services experience, Scala exposure, and a client-focused mindset are preferred.
