Base Salary
$158k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as an architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers.
- Partner with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction.
- Produce High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) to communicate architecture.
- Manage architecture and system roadmaps for the Product-to-Cash landscape.
- Define and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate design decisions.
- Participate in requirement gathering and clarify scope early in the lifecycle.
- Design and govern integrations for seamless data flow across systems.
- Provide hands-on coaching in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ.
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve process and technology gaps across Product-to-Cash.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to problem-solving.
- Work with development teams to ensure clean handover of designs.
- Extend and mature the Product-to-Cash solution as business needs evolve.
- Conduct research on emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Promote the adoption of design patterns and standard processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ.
- Proven experience producing HLD, LLD, and managing architecture roadmaps.
- Experience architecting end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions.
- Strong experience with billing systems and platforms.
- Experience working with integration teams for cross-system integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve process and technology gaps.
- An AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps from the AppExchange.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or ArchiMate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
