Base Salary
$109k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications across React Native and native iOS platforms.
- Build reusable React Native components, iOS frameworks, native modules, and SDK integrations.
- Develop platform-specific iOS features and contribute to shared React Native codebases.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, payment services, and financial technology platforms.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, reliability, and security across iPhone and iPad devices.
- Manage CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, analytics, crash reporting, mobile releases, and App Store applications.
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, engineering standards, platform modernization, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend Engineering, Security, and QA teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production-grade React Native applications.
- At least 3 years of native iOS development experience using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Apple’s iOS SDK.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React Hooks, component architecture, navigation, and state management.
- Understanding of iOS architecture patterns including MVVM, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and scalable application design.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, third-party SDKs, mobile security, authentication, encryption, secure storage, and data protection.
- Experience publishing and maintaining Apple App Store applications and working with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred experience includes React Native native modules, bridges, New Architecture, TurboModules, Fabric, JSI, Swift Concurrency, Combine, Jest, React Native Testing Library, XCTest, Appium, Detox, Firebase, CodePush, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AI-powered mobile features, analytics, observability, crash reporting, performance monitoring, fintech, banking, payments, digital wallets, PCI-regulated environments, and mentoring or platform modernization.
Benefits
- On-site work Monday through Friday is required.
- Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
- The stated salary range applies to employees in New Jersey and New York; ranges may differ in other states.
