Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, backend engineering, and Android development teams to deliver mobile features.
- Build clean, maintainable, reusable code using established architecture and coding standards.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and contribute workflow automation ideas to improve delivery and code quality.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and application architecture improvements.
- Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, stability, and reliability across Android devices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery of mobile applications.
- Stay current with Android platform updates and emerging mobile technologies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience developing native Android applications.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and experience with the Android SDK.
- Experience with Jetpack libraries and modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and/or traditional Android Views.
- Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
- Knowledge of Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience writing unit and UI tests.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to reliably attend the workplace onsite at least 3 days per week.
- Preferred: experience with streaming, media, or video applications; ExoPlayer; Hilt or Dagger; Firebase; Crashlytics; mobile analytics; Android TV or connected devices; and automated mobile deployment workflows.
