Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business and user needs.
- Manage and monitor development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate business and system functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install systems and provide user and operational support.
- Define operating standards and processes and advise or coach junior analysts.
- Assess and escalate technology, compliance, control, and operational risks appropriately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Python experience.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and code reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning experience, MLOps knowledge, data pipelines and ETL experience, Vault and secret-management familiarity, secure application development experience, and financial-services, risk-management, or regulated-industry experience.
