Responsibilities
- Own one or more areas of cloud infrastructure resources and supervise SRE work in those areas.
- Focus on observability and prioritize operational service improvements to improve SLOs.
- Manage the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system.
- Coach and develop direct reports and provide specialized training across the organization.
- Identify shortcomings and recommend improvements to IT security processes, systems, and procedures.
- Deliver assigned change-management outcomes with guidance from a project or program manager.
- Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products or services to meet customer needs.
- Manage risks, solve technical and professional problems, support strategic planning, and develop product specifications and testing procedures.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of experience.
- Experience with Dynatrace is desirable.
- Experience with AI is desirable.
- Experience with automation is desirable.
