Responsibilities

- Run experiments and gather user feedback to drive successful outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create human-centered AI experiences.
- Optimize platform speed, reliability, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with user-facing products.
- Experience in full-stack development and owning features end-to-end.
- Passion for marketplaces, matching systems, or search/personalization.
- Interest in AI-driven UX and workflow automation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
