Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core app surfaces and navigation.
- Build frontend features in React Native and backend services in Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements.
- Apply a product mindset to enhance platform systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and architecture discussions.
- Engage in the frontend community of practice.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and React Native.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails for backend development.
- A product mindset focused on member experience and business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and mentorship experience.
- Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
- Experience with server-driven UI development is a plus.
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
