Base Salary
$250k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated technical owner for large enterprise customers post-contract.
- Ship code and reliable software that handles production traffic from day one.
- Pioneer deployment patterns for organizations with over 100,000 employees.
- Scope customer requests into actionable plans while managing product integrity.
- Design and deliver self-hosted and VPC deployments with secure access architectures.
- Build enterprise-specific integrations with existing customer systems.
- Debug production issues across the full stack and ensure resolution.
- Productize deployment patterns and share field knowledge with the core product team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production ownership.
- Direct customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
- Comfort with enterprise deployment realities including cloud infrastructure and SSO.
- Ability to communicate technical limitations effectively to customers.
- Bonus points for previous founding experience or roles in FDE, solutions architecture, or professional services.
