Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Retell voice-agent projects from prototyping through production.
- Develop full-stack integrations with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
- Become an expert in building voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting techniques.
- Partner with sales to gather client requirements, create prototype demos, and present system designs.
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and align teams through concise progress and risk updates.
- Codify reusable implementation patterns into tools or platform components.
- Translate customer and field feedback into product and go-to-market recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- The title requires Spanish fluency; the qualifications section states fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Production-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.
- Ability to manage risks, drive execution, and maintain momentum under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally, for customer engagements.
