Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform from prototyping through production.
- Develop expertise in voice AI solutions, including LLM prompting techniques.
- Build full-stack integrations with enterprise CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems.
- Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs to clients.
- Scope projects, resolve blockers, and align teams through concise progress and risk updates.
- Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
- Translate customer and field feedback into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Spanish fluency is required by the job title; the description additionally requests fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Production-grade programming ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.
- Ability to manage risks, drive execution, and maintain momentum under pressure.
- Willingness to take occasional domestic and international travel for customer engagements.
