Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable frontend and backend solutions using Java full-stack development.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and create actionable development plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions affecting the immediate and wider team.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development, RESTful services, and database integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
